Used equipment has a bad reputation, often for good reason.
A used compressor purchased from a classified ad is a gamble. You don’t know how many hours it has run, what oil was used, or how long it has been since the separator was changed. The machine starts during the demonstration; that is all you know.
A refurbished compressor is something else entirely. The difference lies in what happened between the moment the previous owner parted with it and the moment it is offered to you.
What we do before reselling
Every unit that enters our shop is disassembled and evaluated. Depending on its condition, we replace the compressor element, bearings, seals, filters, and oil, and we check the electrical circuit, the cooler, and the controller. The machine is then load-tested before being put up for sale.
Units that are not worth this investment are not resold. We would rather lose a sale than place a machine that will come back for repair three months later.
Who a refurbished unit is for
To companies that need backup capacity without tying up the budget of a new unit. To shops whose usage patterns do not justify a full investment. To temporary installations. And to managers who want to double their capacity quickly, without manufacturing delays.
Inventory changes
We do not have a fixed catalog for used equipment. Units come in through trade-ins and fleet buybacks, and they go quickly when the model is in demand. The most effective way is to call: tell us the flow rate, pressure, and type of power supply you need, and we will tell you what is available and what is expected.
We also take back your old unit during a replacement, which reduces the net cost of your new installation.
