What we are looking for
Training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or equivalent field experience. A real ability to diagnose—meaning the ability to reason based on measurements rather than just replacing parts until it works. A valid driver’s license. And the ability to talk to customers, because you are the one who will explain what is wrong.
Experience specific to compressors is an asset, not a requirement. We provide training.
